Responsibilities of an F&B Outlet Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including managing the staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that the service, product quality, and cleanliness of the restaurant adheres to the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Keeping the facilities and equipment up to the company's standards on a daily basis will also be one of your duties. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of the staff, provide training as needed, and aim to maintain the highest level of service quality. Other relevant duties may also be assigned as needed.
